Automatic Control Software
Satake’s Dryer is equipped with full color touch panel and automatic control software. The Satake developed software provides full automatic drying operation to dry down the product to the target moisture with an ideal drying pattern to achieve the low crack rate after drying.
Single Grain Moisture Meter
High accuracy single grain moisture meter (Made in Japan) capable of continuously measuring every kernel. Measurement stability is immune to immature grains containing high moisture content. Any foreign materials ingress during measurement, are discharged automatically.
Outside Humidity Sensor
In addition to ambient temperature sensor, humidity sensor is also equipped to collect more information to calculate ideal drying pattern and speed.

High Quality Sorting
New digital image processing and automatic image adjustment functions allow accurate sorting of many different materials.
High Capacity
336mm wide chute provides high processing capacity. Two chute types are available: flat and grooved. Optional mounting parts are also available to optimize material flow.
Three Stage Sorting System
Precise sorting is achieved with three stage sorting system. Rejects from primary-sort will be sorted twice to minimize product loss.
LED Lighting
LED lighting is applied for optical section to maintain good performance and also long lifetime will reduce machine’s running cost.
REZX Full Color Optical Sorter
Full Color Camera
The machine is equipped with Japan’s latest full color camera which recognizes the target just like the human eyes do. Even slight color differences such as light yellow grain can be detected.
Automatic Defect Profiling
The machine incorporates advanced software to evaluate color profile of target defects and automatically creates the sensitivity settings.

New Ejector Pitch for Precise Sorting
Advance ejector valve pitch 5mm can provide more precise sorting, and it is effective to reduce percentage of good grain in final rejected.
